About Baking By Beth
Baking By Beth is a Cottage Food baking business founded in 2023 in Henderson, Nevada by Beth Nicholas and her husband, Alec. A self-taught baker drawing on more than two dozen years of experience by trial and error baking for friends and family, fawning over cookbooks and shows, and learning from the wisdom of her father, mother, grandmother, and others. Beth decided to take the leap of faith into baking as a formal business in Summer 2023 after years of encouragement from the people around her. Beth's original favorite bake is her dad's Chocolate Chip Cookies and her mom's Almond Tea Bread, both of which sell like "hot cakes" at farmer's markets and fly off the plate at home when baked. Today, she also specializes in all things bread and Sourdough including bagels, English muffins, sandwich loaves, and more!
Meet Beth
Beth spent nearly 20 years in corporate America before jumping into baking full-time with the full support of her husband, Alec. Together, she and Alec have four kids, Vin, Maria, Tony and Salem.

Baking By Beth can also be found regularly at local farmer's markets and community events. Beth volunteers at the kids' schools with various baked goods, and her Halloween Trick-or-Treat event is a fan-favorite in the neightborhood.
